What is Sadaqat-Ul-Fitr?

Ibn Abbas (R) has narrated that Rasulullah (S.W.) prescribed SADAQATUL FITR as an obligatory duty in order to purify those who fast, from useless and obscene activites and to provide food for the poor. (Abu Dawood)

Sadaqat-Ul-Fitr is $10 per person (PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS CREDIT CARD 3% FEES SO PLEASE INCLUDE THIS FEE WHEN YOU PAY PER PERSON)

1. Wheat (3.75lbs.) – $10 per person
2. Barley (7.5lbs) – $15 per person
3. Raisins (7.5lbs) – $38 per person
4. Dates – $40 per person

When should I pay Sadaqatul Fitr?

Pay before going to Eid Salah on Eid-ul-Fitr day, the earlier the better

Who should be given Sadaqatul Fitr?

Sadaqatul Fitr should only be given to individuals eligible to receive Zakat
