Zakat Donation

During this blessed month of Ramadan any good deed, especially giving in the name of الله, is rewarded immensely. Zakat is the compulsory giving of a set proportion of one’s wealth to charity. It is regarded as a type of worship and of self-purification. Zakat is the third Pillar of Islam.

As many of you know we have been helping refugees and others in need, over the past two years, and Inshallah we want to help as many people as we can. But we need your help.

We, from Makki Zakat, have held true  to our motto of *locally collecting(Zakat) and distributing* our funds to those in need in the Chicagoland area.
